Fields is the forms app in Viremail for enquiries that become leads. Each file you make with it is a Fields form.
What you get
Fields that know your Leads
Name, email, phone with a country code, company, job title, website, budget, message, how to reply and a consent box with your privacy link. Each one fills its field on the lead.
Connect with Leads
Switch it on and every enquiry becomes a lead, or goes on the lead who already has that email. New ones show in the red count on Leads, with their answers on the timeline.
Responses in a table
Filter by date and by whether they are in Leads, search, open one to read it all, download a CSV, or import some or all into Leads after a preview. Doing it twice adds nothing twice.

Share, email or embed
Send the link, email it from your mailbox or embed it in your website. People answer on a phone or a computer without an account, and bots are kept out.
Questions and answers
Can a Fields form send enquiries straight to Leads?
Yes. Turn on Connect with Leads in the form’s Settings. Each response becomes a lead, or is added to the lead who already has that email address, so nobody is listed twice.
