Send a form and collect responses

Choose Send in a form to share it. Copy the link, email it to people from your own mailbox, or copy an embed code for a web page. The link only lets people answer; it never lets them edit.

• People do not need an account unless you turn on Require sign-in. Their answers are saved on their device as they go, so they can come back later.
• Settings can collect email addresses, limit people to one response, let them edit their answers afterwards, shuffle questions and set the confirmation message.
• To stop taking answers, switch off Accepting responses, or set a closing date or a response limit.

The Responses tab shows a summary with a chart for each question, every answer to one question, or each response in turn. Download everything as a CSV file, or choose Send to Sheets to put the responses in a spreadsheet that fills up as new ones arrive. Files people upload go to your Drive, in a Form uploads folder.

Use the menu in Responses to be told about new responses in the app or by email. We send at most one message every 10 minutes per form.
