Leads is the simple client list in Viremail that fills itself from your booking page.
What you get
Fills itself from your booking page
Someone who books a time or sends you a message becomes a lead, once, however they type their email address. Every booking, move, cancellation and no-show goes on their history.
Reply from Leads or Vire
Open a lead in Vire to see their messages and bookings as a chat, and reply in the box at the bottom. It goes as a normal email from your address, with Undo.
Stages, follow-ups and notes
Move each lead through up to 10 stages you name yourself, pick a day to follow up, and keep private notes next to their history.
Email, save as a contact, export
Write to a lead in one click, add them to your contacts, or export your leads as a CSV that opens cleanly in any spreadsheet.
Private, and kept only as long as you want
Names, email addresses, phone numbers and notes are encrypted on our servers. Leads with no activity go after 12 or 24 months, or when you delete them.

Where do leads come from?
From your booking page: anyone who books a time with you, or sends you a message when no time works, shows up in Leads. You can also add people by hand.
How long are leads kept?
Until you delete them, or 24 months after the last booking, note or change. You can choose 12 months, or keep them until you delete them yourself.
