Calendar is the calendar app in Viremail, with booking pages and group scheduling built in.
What you get
A booking page of your own
Set your hours and meeting types. People see only your free times, in their own time zone, and every booking gets its own video call link.
Find a time
Offer up to 12 times, see who can make each one, and book the winner straight from the poll. Then everyone answers Going, Maybe or Can't go.
Polls anyone can answer
Ask a group a question and watch the answers come in live. People can vote from the link without an account.
Invitations that keep up
Invite anyone by email. Their replies update the event, and moving or cancelling it tells them.
A video call on every event
Add video call puts a call link on the invitation, so there is no separate meeting service to set up.
Your free times in an email
Drop three to five open times into an email. Each one opens your booking page with that time already picked.
On your phone too
Calendars sync with the calendar app on your phone or computer over CalDAV.
Questions and answers
Do people need an account to book time with me?
No. They open your booking page, pick a free time and give their name and email. Both of you get an invitation, and they get a private link to reschedule or cancel.
