  1. Add your domain

    Give your business a name and the domain you already own. One TXT record proves it is yours.

  2. Add the mail records

    We show each record for your DNS provider and check it as you add it. Your mail keeps flowing until you switch.

  3. Create mailboxes

    Give each person an address and send their details with a one-time link, so the password never sits in an inbox.

What do I need to start?

A Viremail account and a domain you can change the DNS for, usually where you bought it. You add one record to prove the domain is yours, then the mail records, and create mailboxes.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first mailbox is free for 30 days, and you do not need a card to start. If you pick a plan during that month, it starts when the free month ends.

Can an admin read my mail?

Not quietly. An admin can only reach a mailbox by resetting its password, which signs the person out and tells them, or through access the person was given. Both are recorded.

Can we move from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?

Each person can copy their mail across now, if their old account lets mail apps sign in with a password or an app password, and contacts come in from a file. A tool to move a whole team at once is coming.
