Prove the domain is yours first
You add one TXT record. Until we find it, nothing about your mail changes and nothing is set up on our side.
Every record checked as you go
MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC each show Waiting, Found, Wrong value or Conflict, with what we found and how to fix it. The page checks every few seconds while it is open.
Steps for your DNS provider
Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, Amazon Route 53 or another provider: we work out where your DNS is kept and name the menus and fields to use.
Your existing records kept
If you already have an SPF record, we show yours with ours added, so you keep one. An existing DMARC record stays as it is.
A mailbox for each person
Create mailboxes on your domain, each with 30 GB for mail, a recovery email and a recovery phone.
Passwords never sit in an inbox
Send someone their details by email or Vire with a one-time link. It shows the password once, then stops working.
They choose their own password
A new mailbox can be asked to pick its own password before anything else opens, so only that person knows it.
Mail apps set themselves up
Optional records let Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird find the right settings on their own.
Your logo and icon
Your team sees your logo and icon in the app and the browser tab, and your logo heads the emails with their sign-in details.
