Viremail and Google Workspace
Both give your team email on your own domain with chat, calendars and documents. Here is how they differ, from facts we checked ourselves. Where we have not confirmed something on Google’s own pages, we send you there instead.

Where Google Workspace is ahead
- Google Workspace has been running for many years and has a long list of admin, compliance and device management controls. Viremail Business is new and has far fewer today.
- Single sign-on, admin policies and an in-app audit log are not in Viremail Business yet.
- Google’s higher plans offer much more storage per person than our 30 GB for mail.
Why teams choose Viremail
Everything in one price
Mail, chat and calls, calendars with booking pages, Tasks, Leads, a password Vault, Drive and the office apps are in every seat.
Encryption you can use
OpenPGP email is built in, and calls are encrypted end to end between the people in them.
No ads, no selling data
We do not use your mail, files or chats for advertising.
Monitoring in the open
Analytics, when they arrive, count activity and never read content, and staff are told first.
Your domain, your team, one price per person.
Your first mailbox is free for a month. No card needed.
