Browsers share location only while a Viremail tab is open and the person has allowed it. The desktop app shares it while it runs. Nothing once it is closed.
Working hours by default Soon
Points are taken on sign-in and every 5, 15 or 30 minutes during working hours. Collecting outside them is a separate choice with a legal warning.
Precise or approximate Soon
Choose exact points or points rounded to about 1 km. No address lookups go to third parties.

Location history is deleted after 30 days unless you choose between 7 and 180.

People see their own history, a visible sign while it is collected, and the notice at any time. Every admin view is recorded.
