A seat is a person with a mailbox on your domain. Up to 5 shared mailboxes and admins from outside your company do not use a seat.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and do not include tax. Where tax applies, such as VAT or sales tax, it is worked out from your address and tax ID when you pay, and shown on your invoice. Payments are handled by Stripe; your card details go to them, never to us.

Questions about paying

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Your first mailbox is free for 30 days, and you do not need a card to start. If you pick a plan during that month, it starts when the free month ends.

What is a seat?

Each person with a mailbox on your domain uses one seat. Up to 5 shared mailboxes, such as support@, and admins from outside your company are free.

What happens when I add or remove people?

Adding a seat charges only for the rest of the current period. On a monthly plan, removing one leaves a credit on your next invoice. On a yearly plan, fewer seats apply from your renewal.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, in the app, with no call or email needed. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund part periods, except where the law says we must.

What if a payment fails?

We email you and retry the payment. After 14 days you cannot add mailboxes, after 30 days people cannot sign in but mail keeps arriving, and nothing is deleted for 180 days. Paying restores everything.
