Design your booking page
Add a logo, a cover picture, your own colour, pictures and prices for your services, and choose how they are laid out.
Make your booking page look like yours. Open Calendar, Booking page and stay on the Page tab.
Your page
- Logo: shown in a circle at the top. Without one, your initials show.
- Cover picture: a wide picture across the top of the page.
- Accent colour: pick one of the ten colours or any colour you like. Buttons, the days you're free and the times use it. The text on it is black or white, whichever is easier to read.
- Theme: Automatic follows each visitor's own light or dark setting. Light or Dark always shows the page that way.
- Services shown as: a List with a small picture, Cards with a large picture, or Compact, one line each, handy when you offer many services.
- Welcome note: up to 1,000 characters under your name. Line breaks show as you type them, and web addresses become links.
Choose Save changes when you're done.
Your services
On the Services tab, open a service to give it:
- a Picture, shown with it on your page and at the top of its booking page
- a Colour, used for its stripe on your page and for its booking page (or leave it on the page colour)
- a Price, such as "Free", "£40" or "from $25". It is only shown to people, nobody pays through the page.
- a Description of up to 2,000 characters, with line breaks and links
Good to know
- Pictures are made smaller in your browser before they are uploaded (a cover up to 1,600 pixels wide, others up to 800), and camera details such as where a photo was taken are removed.
- You can keep up to 40 pictures. One you replace or remove is deleted when nothing else uses it.
- Only pictures on your page, or on a service people can book, can be seen by visitors.
- On phones the page is laid out for one hand: large buttons, and Confirm booking stays in view while people fill in the form.
