Canvas templates in your own brandNew
Ready-made designs for an opening, an offer, a new service, a review, an invitation, hiring, a business card and an email header.
Canvas comes with templates for the things businesses post most: a grand opening, a limited-time offer, a new service, a customer review, an event or webinar invitation, a hiring post, a business card and an email header.
Each template uses your business's own logo and colours:
- Your logo and icon come from Business, under Branding. Add them there once and every template uses them.
- Your brand colours are the ones you save in the Brand panel of a design. Until you save any, Canvas picks colours out of your logo.
- Your brand fonts, also in the Brand panel, are used for headings and body text.
Everyone in the business shares the same brand colours and fonts.
Templates have no stock photos. Empty picture frames show where a photo goes: double-click a frame, or drag a picture onto it, to fill it.
Use a template
- On the Canvas home page, choose one under Start from a template. Or, in an open design, open Templates on the left.
- In an open design, a template fills an empty page, or comes in as new pages after the one you are on. A template made for another size is fitted into your design.
- Change the text, colours and pictures to your own. Names, dates and figures in the templates are examples.
The Business card template is 85 by 55 mm, with 3 mm of bleed around it: the dashed line on the page is where the card is cut, and anything that touches the edge carries on past it. Choose Download, then PDF for print and Include bleed and crop marks for a printer. Print designs are exported at 300 DPI.
