Messages that delete themselves, photos that can be opened once, and messages that stay blurred.
Disappearing messages
In a Vire's details, set Disappearing messages to 1 hour, 8 hours, 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. From then on, new messages are deleted for everyone once that time has passed, from our servers too. Everyone sees a note when the timer changes, and in a group admins can keep this setting to themselves.
For a single message, choose Disappear after 1 hour in the send options.
View once
Attach one photo or video, then choose View once in the send options. The other person can open it once, and you see when they have. When they close it, it's gone for them, even if they reload or switch devices. It can't be forwarded or saved to Drive, and it's deleted from our servers once everyone has opened it, or after 14 days.
Confidential
Choose Confidential in the send options. The message stays blurred until someone taps it. It never shows in notifications, your list of Vires, search or exports, and it can't be copied, quoted, forwarded or saved to Drive.
