Using Viremail offline
What works without a connection, and the outbox.
Viremail keeps recently opened messages, your folder list and message lists on your device, so you can read them without a connection.
When you are offline:
- a banner tells you that you are seeing saved mail,
- anything you send waits in an outbox and goes out automatically when you reconnect,
- if the server refuses a queued message when you reconnect, it reopens in the compose window so you can fix it.
Turn this on or off with Save mail on this device in Settings, This device. It is always off on shared devices.
