Share your calendarNew

Let someone see when you are busy, see your events, or add and change them for you, in all your calendars or only some.

You can let someone you work with see your calendar, or keep it for you.

  1. Open Settings, People and access and find Share your calendar, contacts, Drive and more, or choose the share button next to My calendars in Calendar.
  2. Choose Your calendar and enter their address. It has to be a Viremail account in your workspace or on your company’s domain.
  3. Choose what they can do. To share some calendars and not others, tick Choose calendar by calendar and pick a level for each one.
  4. Enter your password to confirm. They get an invitation, and access starts once they accept.
ChoiceWhat they see and can do
See only when you are busyBusy blocks, with no titles, places, notes or guests
See event detailsTitles, times, places and notes. Private events show only as Busy
Make and change eventsAll of that, plus add, change and delete events
  • An event marked private or confidential always shows to them as a plain Busy block, whatever you chose. They can never open, change or delete it.
  • They can’t invite guests, or change or delete an event that has guests, because that would send invitations or cancellations in your name.
  • They can never make, rename or delete your calendars, or share them on.
  • A calendar you make later is included only if you shared all of your calendars.

Under Shared by me, choose Activity to see what they looked at and changed, and when, or Remove to end it at once. It also ends by itself on its end date, when either of you leaves the workspace, or when either account is deleted.
