Share an invoice: link, email or Vire
Every issued invoice has its own page and PDF. Copy the link, share it, email it from your business address, or send it in Vire.
Open an issued invoice and choose Share.
Link
Copy link copies the address of the invoice's own page. Share opens your device's share sheet, so you can send it in any app. The page works without signing in: it shows the invoice, its status, how to pay, and a Download PDF button. It is not listed anywhere, search engines are told to skip it, and it sets no cookies.
When the customer first opens it, the invoice says when it was seen.
Choose who it goes to and whether it comes from the billing address (set by an admin in Billing, Settings) or from your own address. The PDF is attached unless you untick it, and the email has a button to the invoice's page. Invoice emails never carry a tracking pixel. Emails from the billing address are also filed in that mailbox's Sent folder, so your team sees them.
Vire
Send the invoice and its link to a Viremail address as a Vire message. In an end-to-end encrypted chat the server can't write for you: copy the link and paste it in yourself.
Replace its links
More, Replace its links stops every old link to that invoice working, for example if one was sent to the wrong person. Anyone opening an old link is told to ask you for a new one.
