Timesheets
Built from clock times for each pay period: submit, approve, lock. What happens automatically.
Each person has a timesheet for every pay period, built from their clock times, shifts, time off and public holidays. Find yours in My time; managers see their team's in Timesheets.
Each day shows the time on the rota, the time worked, breaks and overtime, with anything to look at: late starts, early finishes, unscheduled time, missed breaks or an automatic clock out.
From open to locked
| Step | Who |
|---|---|
| Open | Shows your time as you work |
| Submitted | You, a manager, or automatically after the period ends |
| Approved | Your manager or an admin, or automatically when nothing needs a look |
| Locked | When it goes into a payroll file, or an admin locks it |
- A manager can Change a day, adding or taking off time with a reason. You are told, and a timesheet that was submitted goes back to open.
- Send back asks you for a change.
- A locked timesheet never changes. An admin can reopen it with a reason and their password, and that is recorded.
Your business chooses the pay period (a week, two weeks, half a month or a month) and whether timesheets are submitted and approved automatically, in Rota, Settings.
Time you are online in Viremail is never used for your timesheet. Only your clock times count.
