See who can open your thingsNew

Settings, People and access shows everything you have shared and everything other people have shared with you, in one place.

• Shared by me lists the people who can open your folders, files, Write docs, Grids, Decks, Collect forms and boards. Choose By person to see everything one person can open, or By item to see everyone on one thing.
• Change what someone can do with the menu next to them, or choose Remove. It works the same as the item’s own Share menu, and it shows in the item’s history.
• Invitations to a board that nobody has accepted yet are listed too. Cancel takes one back.
• Shared with me lists what others shared with you. Leave removes your own access; the owner can share it with you again.

Sharing a folder shares everything inside it, so the list shows the folder, not every file in it.
