Personal or Business: what each includes
Every account has the everyday apps. Viremail Business adds the apps for selling, staff and teams.
Every Viremail account, personal or business, has Mail, Vire and Piccolo, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, People, Vault, Drive with Write, Grid, Deck and Fields, the desktop app and passkeys.
Viremail Business adds what a team or a company needs:
- Selling: Leads, Billing for orders, invoices and payments, review requests, booking pages and Find a time, and Fields forms that make leads.
- Staff: Rota, with clocking in, time off and timesheets.
- Teams: sharing and delegation, team workspaces in Tasks, shared calendars, mail merge, API tokens and webhooks.
- Your brand: your logo, Canvas for designs, a business page and your own domain.
- In the desktop app: Virefly, a calm browser for work, and Clipboard history.
The nine dots at the top show every app. On a personal account, the Business apps have a small Business mark: open one to see what it does, then choose Get Viremail Business to set up a business, or Learn more to read about it. Your side bar shows only the apps you have.
Anything you made with a Business feature on a personal account before it became part of Business stays readable and can be exported.
