Personal: you at work
Your profile, job, documents, tasks, team, time, location history, policies and pay, in one app.
Personal is the app with everything about you at work. It's there for everyone with an account made by their business.
- Me: your Team card (a line about you, your skills and goals), and your private details: date of birth, phone, personal email, address and emergency contact. Keep them up to date here.
- My job: your contract, your manager and the people you work with, and your contract to download.
- Documents: everything you or your business added, and anything you were asked for. Choose Add to give a copy from Drive or your computer.
- Tasks: your onboarding checklist, and your leaving one when the time comes. Many tick themselves when you agree to a policy or add a document.
- Team: everyone at work, with their skills, goals and achievements. See Team.
- Time: your shifts, hours and time off, when your business uses Rota.
- Location history: everything your business kept about where you work from, with a download.
- Policies: your business's policies, and whether you have agreed to the latest version.
- Payslips and Rewards: your pay and anything you were given, when your business pays through Viremail.
Only you and the people who keep employee records see your private details and documents.
