Bonuses and rewards
Give a bonus, a thank you, a gift card, a day off or a badge. Bonuses are paid with the next payslip.
Owners, admins and managers can give rewards. Open the person in People and choose Rewards.

- Thank you, Gift card, Day off or Badge, each with a message.
They get a notification with a small celebration, and an email. Their rewards are in Personal, Rewards. Colleagues only ever see how many rewards someone has, never amounts.
The bonus estimate
In Personal, Rewards people see when their next review is likely and a typical bonus range for their role, worked out from your business's own bonuses. It says it is an estimate, not a promise. Turn it off in Business, Payroll.
