Who business users can chat with in Vire
People with an account from their business chat with their own business and the customers assigned to them.
If your account was made by your business, Vire is for work: you can chat, call and share stories with
- everyone at your business, and
- the customers your business assigned to you, and the people in leads you own or were given.
Anyone else sees that your business keeps Vire to your team and customers, and you see the same if you try to start a chat with them. Groups follow the same rule: nobody outside it can be added to a group with you.
Admins assign customers on a person's page, under Customers. A customer is someone with their own personal Viremail account. When someone leaves, their customers can be handed to a colleague in one click.
Personal Viremail accounts, the owner's own account among them, chat with anyone as before.
