Ratings and reviews on the Viremail Store
Who can review an app, what to write, and how to report a review.
You can rate an app once you have got it from the Viremail Store.
Write a review
- Open the app's page on the Viremail Store.
- Choose 1 to 5 stars. You can add a few words about your own experience.
- Save. You can change or delete your review later.
There is one review per person per app. People who work for the developer's organisation cannot review its apps. A new account can rate apps after 3 days, links in a review are taken out, and a review that copies one already posted is refused.
What not to write
No threats, hate or personal attacks. No private details, no links to other products, and nothing you were paid or given to say. See the community guidelines.
Report a review
Choose Report next to a review that breaks the rules. An admin looks at it and can hide it. Hidden reviews are kept in our records. Developers cannot remove reviews, and replies from developers are planned.
Reviews help other people. If an app harms your device or steals your data, tell us through Help instead, naming the app.
